30-Day Labor Guarantee

All labor performed at our facility is guaranteed for 30 days from the date your vehicle is returned to you. If any issue arises directly related to our workmanship within this period, we will correct it at no additional charge.

Paint & Finish Warranty

Our paint and refinishing work is covered for 30 days against defects in application, including peeling, bubbling, or color mismatch caused by our process. Environmental damage or improper washing are not covered.

Parts Warranty

OEM and aftermarket parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We will assist you in filing any parts warranty claims on your behalf.

What Is Not Covered

Damage from new accidents, environmental factors, automatic car washes, or modifications made after pickup are excluded from this warranty.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us within 30 days of your vehicle pickup at jmedina@collisioncenterplatinum.com or call (973) 856-7008. Please have your original repair receipt available.

Returns & Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 7 days of vehicle pickup. We will review your concern and work toward a fair resolution, which may include re-performing the work or issuing a partial refund at our discretion after inspection.

Authorization to Repair

By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Platinum Collision Center to perform the agreed-upon repairs and to contact your insurance company on your behalf if applicable.

Written Estimates

A written estimate is provided before any work begins. If additional damage is discovered during the repair process, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment in full is due upon vehicle pickup. We accept cash, major credit cards, and insurance checks made payable to Platinum Collision Center. Vehicles may be held until full payment is received.

Storage Fees

If your vehicle is not picked up within 5 business days of notification that repairs are complete, a daily storage fee may apply.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for personal items left inside vehicles. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, NJ.
